Love the watch band! It compliments my watch!

Looks great with the Casio AQ-230

I love Casio watches for their efficiency and cheaper price but sometimes their bands look cheap. I could elevate my watch from a budget watch to something much more luxurious. It's super easy to replace with only two pins being taken out and it shines nicely. Feels great on the wrist with no skin irritation and I honestly couldn't recommend it more if you have budget watches you want to spice up or leather bands that need replacement.

Very nice

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I would have preferred it to be 3-5 inches longer as my wrist is larger. I replaced the clasp with a butterfly one to help lengthen the strap. The craftsmanship is amazing and compliments my watch very well.

Well made and comfortable to wear

I initially bought a leather watch band from iStrap but returned it. The iStrap band is well made but the padding is too thick towards the watch. Accordingly, it does not complement my Baume & Mercier Swiss quartz watch and very rigid to wear. I then bought this watch band and like it very much. It is well-made with pretty alligator-like patterns and complements my high end Swiss watch well. Most importantly, it is thin and easy to wear. I would buy it again and recommend it to my friends.

The leather seems very stiff but might soften over a period of time. The wristband also seems very long on my wrist and I wish it would be shorter.

unexpected bulge

I ended up having to return this item, because the manufacturer gave me the wrong size, but ultimately I would probably have returned it anyway. I have a very thin watch, and wanted a replacement watch band to match that elegant look and feel, and this band although looked fine new, I'm not sure how well it would have aged, plus, it's got this bulge at the top on each side of the band where it connects to the watch itself, making it kinda stuff and non-flexible, I'm not sure why they do this, I can tell it's padding, but why? it escapes me. It just makes the band not attractive. Now, if I had to guess, it's because the leather needs reinforcement, due to the relatively poor quality of the leather, maybe that explains it.
